A basic inkjet, the HP Deskjet 3520 comes with a low price tag, making it a suitable choice for households and college students on a budget. It offers basic functionality, capable of printing black and white documents and even colour graphics and photographs. While compact, The HP Deskjet 3520 may not cut it for more demanding printing jobs, as it can only print at a rate of 8 ppm, even slower when printing colour documents, at 3 ppm.

Design

The HP Deskjet 3520 inkjet printer offers a more stylish design, far from the usual box-type design that most printers have. It measures just about 16.6x7.2x5.6 inches, making it a good fit on any desktop. The HP 3520 printer is also lightweight, weighing only 4.4 pounds and it connects via USB port for fast data transfer. It doesn't have a control panel, although access to all its features and functions is convenient with the accompanying software.

Advantages

The HP Deskjet 3520 colour inkjet printer produces decent quality text, graphics, and images, although it is not the fastest machine out there. Users can keep running costs lower by opting for higher capacity ink tanks, and print quality is also better when using good quality paper. The highest printing resolution that the Deskjet 3520 can reach is up to 1200 dpi.

Disadvantages
